THE PORTRAIT
One of our professional re-touchers will select the best images and apply a number of very subtle edits. This typically happens out of site so guests are unaware of what’s going on behind the scenes.
THE CURATION & EDIT
We print your guest portraits on-site & place them into 8×10 matting - ready for framing.
THE PRINT
The portraits are displayed for guests to view and take home once meal service is complete creating an unexpected moment for guests to discover.
THE EXHIBIT
Guests receive access to an online gallery where they can download all of their photos & you will have the full gallery of portraits in your inbox before you depart the celebration at the end of the evening.

01. ARE ALL THE PHOTOS BLACK & WHITE
Black & white is the signature ICON ÉDITION look. Every portrait is finished with a timeless black & white edit
02. CAN YOU PRINT ALL THE PHTOS TAKEN
We capture as many as 3-5 images of each guest. From those images we choose the best for digital delivery. From those, we choose one portrait to print from each session. This allows us to work within the time constraints of your reception to deliver everything on time
03. DO YOU OFFER A NO PRINT PACKAGE
Yes, it’s sometimes not practical or affordable to include the editing and printing on site and for this reason we’re happy to offer a ‘photography only’ package
04. ARE YOU OUR MAIN WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
No, our service runs completely independently to your existing Photographer unless you are booked with Minted Photography
05. DO YOU SUPPLY THE BACKDROP
Yes, we supply the backdrop, lighting and chair unless your event planner has something specific designed
06. WHAT SIZE ARE THE PRINTS
The prints are 5×7 and placed in a 8×10 mat ready to be framed in any 8×10 frame
07. CAN WE USE PROPS LIKE A PHOTO BOOTH
We’d rather you didn’t. We work in a very particular way to provide you an elegant product
08. DO YOU OFFER BOOKS OR ALBUMS
Yes, we offer a selection of fine-art albums
09. CAN YOU WORK OUTDOORS
Yes, our portrait set up is designed for indoor or outdoor events. However, the editing and printing requires an indoor location away from your guest’s line of sight
10. HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU REQUIRE
We require a 12×12 space away from DJ speakers and live bands for the portraiture area. For printing we require a private indoor space with a table and two chairs to retouch, print and prepare the matted prints
11. CAN YOU SHOOT OUR REHEARSAL EVENT
Yes, of course. It’s typical for us to shoot at the rehearsal dinner and then either exhibit the images on the actual wedding day
12. HOW CAN WE DISPLAY THE PRINTS
It really depends on what works for you and your event. We can display the prints as soon as they come from the printer on a constant rotation or we can save them up and reveal them all as a surprise. We can display them on a wall in a more formal gallery style or they can simply be laid out on a table for guests to collect
